General Questions

  • Is this an insurance plan?

    No, this is not an insurance plan. Our savings plans provide you with discounted prices on a wide range of veterinary services and products; you will pay for services at the discounted price at the time services are received.

  • First, you can find participating veterinarians by using the "FIND A Provider" page on this website or by calling (888) 302-1139. After confirming the veterinarian's continued participation when making an appointment, members just show their membership card at the time of service. Members are responsible for paying all fees directly to the veterinarian.

  • After you have successfully become a member (either by joining on the website or calling (888) 302-1139), you will receive your membership materials and membership cards in 7-10 days.

  • If you need additional cards for your household, or have lost your card, please call Member Services at (888) 302-1139 and press option 1, then press option 1 again. We will be happy to send additional cards to you.

  • Verbal cancellations are accepted over the phone. If you cancel within the first 30 days of joining, you'll receive a full refund less any nominal processing fees, no questions asked.
